We currently ship across:

  • United States

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

During busy periods, holidays, promotions, or extreme weather, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Destination
  • Shipping carrier

Canada

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders over $75 CAD
  • Flat-rate shipping may apply to smaller orders

United States

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • British Columbia: 1–3 business days
  • Western Canada: 2–5 business days
  • Eastern Canada: 4–10 business days
  • United States: 5–14 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Warm Weather & Product Storage

Our treats are naturally air-dried and shelf stable, but we recommend storing products:

  • In a cool, dry place
  • Away from direct sunlight and moisture

For maximum freshness, reseal bags after opening.
