At Yappetizers we want both pets and pet parents to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of pet food and consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened treats, chews, or food toppers for resale or safety reasons.
We may accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The packaging is in original condition
- The item was purchased directly from our website
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items shipped
- Defective products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
Depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Product Satisfaction
Dogs can be picky. (Cats too… but they judge silently.)
If your pet doesn’t love a product, reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee refunds on opened consumable products, we genuinely care about customer satisfaction and will try to help where possible.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale unless products arrive damaged or defective.
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any issues within 5 business days.
