Yappetizers ships orders across Canada. Once your order is placed, our team will carefully pack your treats, chews, toppers, or bundles and prepare them for shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed during regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Damaged or Missing Items

Because our products are pet food and treats, we are unable to accept returns on opened products.
