Returns & Refunds

At Yappetizers, we take pride in making high-quality, single-ingredient dog treats. Because our products are food items, we have specific guidelines around returns to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Food Products

Due to the nature of pet food and treats, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We Will Happily Replace or Refund If:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The product is expired or compromised on arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Unopened Items

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed.
